Counts are estimates, not filtered totals. Results use database storage order, not newest-first order; pages may shift during ingestion. Queries stop after 8 seconds. Previews show up to 10,000 characters per field. CSV exports include the first 1,000 matching rows, up to 200,000 characters per field and 20 MB per file; spreadsheet formulas are escaped.
